Technical Support: VOD recordings backlog again?
Hello,
Is the site experiencing another VOD recordings backlog? my pvt shows from saturday aren't showing up on my VOD page yet, they are usually uploaded within a couple of hours. Is anyone else experiencing this? hopefully isn't just me Quote

Mine which is dated 3/27/2023 has not shown up til this day and probably never will until they decide to really look into it aka a deep dive into the datavault on what actually happened to show X. There were times in the past that they did that and that certain VODS got chuted/stuck and they were able to unchute them. Unfortunately nowadays most of these types of forumposts the questions will be met with scripted answers.

Same. Have not received a few recent VODs. Customer support gives standard reply about providing verification but that’s just a way to delay actually doing anything and dealing with the fact they are failing to deliver as promised. They seem more concerned with changing site graphics that are harder to see.
