Apologies for the issues this afternoon/evening, our main ISP had some serious routing problems and it took awhile to get them resolved. We're *soooooo* close to having a solution in place it's just murphy's law that things happen when you're almost ready to launch an improvement.
In any event, we're going to put up a special promo code in the MY ACCOUNT area for a few hours. Still some time left in today's contest and I know performers would appreciate the visits! Quote

Um, we didn't write that. Some other customer wrote that on the forums. We've already been reaching out to affected customers who were in private during the outage. Please make sure you are accurate before you start posting stuff like this.

You guys do realize the site has been a train wreck for the past three or four days? You either need to fix the problem; payoff whoever is extorting you; or shut down.
