Female Performer Chat: How did we get our name
I'm interested how you Performers & Members decided which name to use.
For me the _ was born out off laziness to begin with, but I got such interesting reactions from performers when I told them it was so they could decide for them self how to call me that I kept it. Quote

True story.... a long long time ago before i was an immortal. A model friend of mine told me that i was special and that i was her immortal. She said it was a song from her favorite band "My Immortal" from Evanescence.

I didnt chose my name .. flirt staff did it .. i have no ideea what my name means but i got used ..
I think it means beautiful, amazing, sweet and lovely woman...but it is just a guess.

When I originally came to this site I was actually invited here by a model friend (never knew about this site back then) that was best friends with my then girlfriend... So back then I used any nickname because the friend always knew it was me ..
The origin of the nickname Purgatory started actually in a model's room Shantel, we became friends and chatted most days there when my friend was online and she said to me hey pick one name so she knew who I was in the chat... Well we both came up with many funny and silly names and then she said something and another model said something in another room, one said she was from hell when asked where she was from and other funny enough said heaven... So I picked the middle ground and came in the room as Purgatory and she said that was a great nickname and says suits my personality (still not sure how to take that to this day lol) and she also explained to me that in her country a short form of the word purgy or something like that means in a cuddly way snow storm... and well it stuck ever since and I kept it in memory of Shantel because she was a really great person with a good heart and so was her sister when they both worked here in past..
So thats how I got stuck with that nickname ..

my old Nickname of Val was aquired from the Conan movies.. the second one (Valaria) .. and since i am somewhat of a rebel and rogue i chose her to be my game name in the 2 online games i play.. the name stuck with me here and almost everywhere i go.. but i have retired that nick from my screen names now.. so you will be seeing me in another name.. but for those few good friends (models) i have still left on flirt i will use it from time to time lol

I wanted the name Ryan Giggs but it was taken. So I tried Ryan Giggsy and it was taken. I got tired and just shortened that to RyanGy. I wish I could change my main username now but oh well. :D

Well, I was name Whitney May because my studio has a thing beautil flowers that brighten ones day. Theres about 2 dozen Mays so i guess he wants a garden center next...roflmao..I asked what the Last name Starr means and he has yet to explain. i will keep you posted
