RECIPE :: 5 eggs,1/4 cup water,1tsp. salt 1ea 8 oz. ctn. dry curd cottage cheese,dash of pepper
and flour.
Beat 4 eggs add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 cuper water add floor to make a stiff dough. roll out dough thin and cut 5 inch squares.
mix cottage cheese 1/2 teasppon salt, 1 egg pepper. Place 1 teaspoon cheese into square dough and pinch shut. Place dough into boiling water for 25 minutes and fry in 2 tablespoon of oil . ENJOY
