I'd like to see a whole new forum on this if possible. Alphabetically listed with a snippet about how the girls (or guys..whatever floats your boat ;P) are doing. Nothing invasive...I figure there might just be some who might see this job as a necessary evil that they don't want rearing up and biting them on the ass in a few years.
