Unfortunately our network has come under attack repeatedly over the past two weeks by malicious operators who do what is known as a “Distributed Denial of Service” attack. These sorts of attacks are not intended to steal data but rather to simply make a site inaccessible for its users. What about us who were in a private show
If you were in a private and lost credits and didnt get your full session that you paid for, then you would likely need to contact support through their support email.
Tho if you care about the model you wouldn't want to do a credit refund as it would likely take them from the model. Always think about the model/performer before attempting a credit reimbursement, as they are impacted by the site issues as well. And are likely having a far worst day.

Thanks for putting this information out. It's good to know that it's not the site and its servers that are to blame and that there are no issues with stealing all sorts of data.
I wish the team good luck in stopping these ddos attacks as much as possible, because they are off course annoying for everyone (customers, models and the site itself).

What about us who were in a private show
Any shows in progress at the time of the outage were automatically ended by the system but we'll take a look at your case and reach out directly off of the forum.

It's good to know that it's not the site and its servers that are to blame and that there are no issues with stealing all sorts of data. Yeah the servers were just sitting there humming along waiting for something to do but nobody could reach them. It's really mind blowing to see just how many of these attacks happen around the world each day:

If only everyone used a good malware blocker on their computer these attackers would have a lot less resources at their disposal to drive malicious traffic at websites.

Nope, sorry if that wasn't clear in my original post. No data was accessed, the site was simply made inaccessible due to too much junk traffic flowing at our network.

Shouldn't have much of an effect as everyone was affected the same by the site being inaccessible and it's a small amount of time in the grand scheme of a month. Still 9-days to go though, will be an interesting finish to this 3rd installment of the Flirt Summit contest.
