Have you tried to get up 45 minutes earlier andleave breakfast almost ready from the night before???

put jettle on pu ciffee ad sugar in mug.Then go t bath turn on cold water and wasj=h with coldwater screaming-sht sht sht..Thn back to kitchen get my coffee and back to room choose some outtfit fr broadasting and start working.This is my morning.

However, alarm clocks never worked for me. I'm not sure what it is about my brain but I do NOT function by getting up or going to bed at exact times each day. I'm very organized otherwise. Quote
